The symptoms of measles include high fever, cough, runny nose, watery eyes, muscle pain and the appearance of spots on the skin and in the mouth.
What is measles?
Measles is a high contagious virus that is transmitted through saliva droplets when we talk or cough. It can be come a serious illness in sick individuals or those with weakened immune systems.
How is it treated?
Since it's a virus, you have to wait for it to pass. Drinking lots of fluids is important, and a fever-reducing syrup can be prescribed. Taking vitamin A is also recommended.
